Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No — California patients can see a chiropractor directly without a referral from a primary care physician.
Do you accept insurance?
No — we don't accept insurance. Ideal Body Chiropractic is a self-pay practice with transparent pricing. Give us a call and we'll walk you through visit costs before your first appointment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in. Athletic wear is ideal. We provide gowns when needed.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Yes. Performed by a licensed chiropractor, evidence-based chiropractic care has an excellent safety profile. We tailor every treatment to the patient — including gentler, instrument-assisted options when manual adjustment isn't a good fit.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what you're dealing with. After your first exam we'll outline a clear plan, including how many visits we think you'll need, what they'll cost, and what success looks like. No surprises.
Do you treat athletes?
Extensively. We work with athletes across multiple sports and levels — from weekend runners to college and professional athletes — combining performance-oriented chiropractic care with movement therapy and recovery support.
Can you help with auto-accident or work injuries?
Yes. We treat whiplash and other accident-related injuries and can document care for your insurer or attorney. Bring any case information with you on your first visit.
