1. Request your appointment
Book online through our scheduling link or call (818) 922-8499. New patients are welcome — most are seen within the same week.
2. Come in 10 minutes early
We'll have your paperwork ready at the front desk. If you'd rather fill it out at home, we can email the forms ahead of time.
3. Sit down with your doctor
Your first visit is a real conversation. We listen, examine, and explain exactly what we're seeing — and what the plan looks like — before any treatment.
4. Get treated, leave feeling better
Most patients receive treatment on their first visit. You'll leave with a clear plan, the next appointment booked, and the home exercises you need to support the work.
Save time before you arrive
If you'd like to fill out new-patient paperwork ahead of time, we're happy to email it to you. Reach out and we'll send it over.
- Bring a photo ID and insurance card (if using insurance)
- Bring any relevant imaging (MRI, X-ray) on disc or by patient portal
- Wear something you can move in
