Graston Technique
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that finds and treats chronic muscle restrictions you can feel but can't reach.
When fingers aren't enough
Some adhesions sit deeper than manual contact can resolve. Graston uses specially designed stainless-steel instruments to detect and treat areas of restriction with precision and consistent pressure.
What to expect
We glide the instruments along the affected tissue to locate the restriction, then apply focused strokes to break it down. There may be temporary redness or mild bruising โ both expected signs of increased blood flow to the area.
What we treat with it
Chronic tendinopathies, IT band issues, plantar fasciitis, post-surgical scar tissue, and stubborn neck and back tightness that hasn't responded to massage or stretching.
