How we teach it
We coach the foundational positions in clinic, then build a short daily sequence you can run anywhere. Five to ten minutes a day is enough to change how your spine sits — and how your body feels by the end of a long workday.
Pair it with care
Postural Analysis works best alongside adjustments and soft-tissue work. Restore the joint, release the tissue, then teach the body to hold the better position on its own.
